I am wrapping up a few of the last order requests for the season. I can now turn to decorating our home for the holidays. For me this begins with spending a few long afternoons curled up in front of the television watching a couple of my favorite Christmas films. After which, I put on the old Christmas tunes. They always manage to carry me away into a decorative frenzy needed to get the house looking festive.
This perennial ritual never fails to put me in the Christmas spirit. It seems such a little thing but for me Christmas is always about being mindful of all our blessings; being grateful to all those around us, especially our friends, and family; and to always share ourselves and our gifts with one another.
So let me wish for each of you this Christmas spirit. May your hearts be filled with joy and may all God's blessings be upon you and yours this season!!
